What is a Thai Massage?
Thai massage is a holistic and energetic modality that integrates passive stretching, joint mobilization, compression, acupressure and range of motion. It is a full body and profoundly relaxing massage modality. You are fully clothed and the work is done on the floor on a comfortable mat.
What do I wear during a Thai Massage?
You should wear flexible or loose fitting clothing. The attire you would wear to a yoga class would be perfect.
How can I make an appointment?
You are welcome to call or email me for an appointment or you can simply schedule one online. You can view my availability under the ‘Schedule Appointment’ tab. You will be taken to my appointment calendar. Just register with your name and email and you will then be able to schedule your treatment type and length online. you can choose to pay online or you can select to ‘pay in person’.

Does Legendary Massage offer gift certificates?
We sure do! Gift certificates for any type and length of service are available.
What is a 2-month voucher?
A 2-month voucher is a purchase of a 4 pack of any massage modality. The client has 2 months to redeem all four massages. The purpose of these vouchers is to encourage clients to receive a massage AT LEAST once every two weeks to increase the efficacy and consistency of the treatment plan with regards to musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Should I eat before a massage?
It is advised that you don’t eat a large meal before a massage (especially a Thai Massage). Any abdominal compressions or lying prone may be uncomfortable if your belly is filled with food. No food 90 minutes before a massage is a good rule of thumb.
